Description

Cross Hall Cottage is a small house likely dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of mixed random rubble with dressed quoins, and has a graduated slate roof. The house follows a double-depth, double-fronted plan. The front elevation is symmetrical, featuring two storeys and two windows. A square-headed doorway has a panelled door and a shallow two-light overlight, and there are two hornless sash windows with 16 panes on each floor. Corniced gable chimneys are present. The interior and rear of the building were not inspected.
