Description

This barn, located approximately 50 metres east of Beamsley Hall, is likely from the 16th century and has undergone some alterations. It is constructed from rubblestone and features a graduated stone slate roof. The barn has a central double board door that is raised above the eaves level. Inside, it has an aisled layout supported by five king-post frames, with braces extending from the king posts to the ridge pieces, as well as from the arcade posts to the tie-beams and purlins.
