Description

Gatehouse Farmhouse is a house dating from the 16th century, designed in an L-shape. It was restored and refaced in the 18th century using dressed stone, with red brick dressings, quoins, and a stringcourse. The west front features stone rubble, and the building has a tiled roof. The south front includes a two-storey gabled porch with a four-centred archway and sash windows that still have their glazing bars. The west front has casement windows, and at the north end, there is a four-light window with square labels.
