Description

Challen's Yard is a former wheelwright's shop and three cottages that have been converted into one house. The building dates from the 17th century or earlier and features a timber-framed structure with stone rubble infilling. The first floor at the rear extends out over an oak bressummer supported by brackets. It has a half-hipped tiled roof and includes casement windows. The building is two storeys high and has three windows.
