Description

Sowter's Farmhouse is a 17th-century house that was refaced with stucco in the 18th century. It features a red brick cornice with dentils along the eaves. The building has sash windows with glazing bars and a doorway topped with a flat hood supported by brackets, leading to a door made up of six fielded panels. There are projecting chimney breasts on the end walls, with the northeast chimney having a crow-stepped top. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has five windows.
