Description

The Church of St Peter is a small, attractive church located in East Marden. It features a chancel and nave that are undivided, along with a western bell turret that is faced with weatherboarding and topped with a hipped tiled roof. The church is constructed of flint and has a tiled roof. The nave dates back to the 12th century, the chancel to the 13th century, and the porch was added in the 18th century. Inside, there is a late 12th-century font. The church has seen little restoration over the years.
