Description

Number 378A Leconfield Estate is a cottage that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It has a timber-framed structure, with the timbering and red brick infilling visible on the north-east gable end. The rest of the building is refaced with stone rubble, featuring red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is tiled, and the cottage has casement windows. It is one storey high with an attic, containing two windows and one gabled dormer.
