Derby Cottage and Nos 2, 3 and 4 The Derbies is an 18th-century building consisting of a long L-shaped block that stands two storeys high and features five windows. The exterior is faced with flints, accented by red brick dressings and quoins, while the south wing is painted. The building has a tiled roof and is fitted with casement windows.
