Description
The Parish Church of St Simon and St Jude is a Grade I listed building constructed from flint, with sections cemented and stone dressings, topped with tiled roofs. The church features a chancel, nave, and a tower that now serves as a vestry, located at the center of the north side, along with a south porch. The tower is of Saxon or early Norman origin and is built in three stages. The chancel is in the transitional Norman style, the north wall of the nave is Norman, the south wall dates to the 14th century, and the west wall was rebuilt in 1885. The porch is from the 15th century, and the building has a kingpost roof.
