Description

The Old Rectory is a house that dates back to the 14th century, originally built with a timber frame. It was altered and enlarged in the 17th century, during which the back portion was constructed using mud bricks. The front of the house was then refaced with red brick but has since been covered with stucco. The building features a tiled roof and casement windows, with the end window-bays projecting and having hipped roofs. There is a red brick chimney breast on the east wall. The house is two storeys high and has five windows.
