Description

The Old Forge is a 17th-century or earlier timber-framed building, originally a forge. It has brick infilling between the timber framing, and the first floor has been refaced with tiles, which were once painted. The roof is hipped and covered in tiles. The windows are casements with diamond-shaped or small square panes. The building is two storeys high and has five windows.
