Description
Bardolf's Hall, located at Birling Manor, has origins that are partly medieval and is said to have been a chapel, although it is likely a domestic building rather than an ecclesiastical one. The structure was later incorporated into a barn, which was restored by F C Benz in 1926. It now serves as a hall and garage. The building dates from the 13th century and 18th century. It is faced with flints and features red brick dressings and quoins, topped with a tiled roof.
