Description

The United Reformed Church, originally built as a Congregational church in 1801, is located in Alfriston. It was likely refaced with Roman cement in the mid-19th century and features a flipped slate roof. The church has pointed lunette windows at first floor level on each front. Inside, the original galleries are preserved on three sides. To the southwest of the church, there is a contemporary flint wall that runs along the south side of the churchyard.
