Description

Collyers Farm Cottage is a timber-framed building, likely dating to the 17th century or earlier. It originally comprised two cottages. The structure has painted brick infilling between the timber framing and a curved base, all standing on a stone and brick plinth. The roof is hipped and tiled. It is two storeys high with three windows, which are casement windows. Group value is present from its contribution to the wider historic environment.
