Description

Forge House is an 18th-century house located on the east side of Sutton Street. It is a two-storey building with a four-window front. The construction consists of stone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement types. A small 18th-century shop window is situated at the north-east end of the ground floor, and it is topped with a canopy. A modern wing, containing a solarium, is located behind the main house.
