Description

This is a cottage, formerly part of the Leconfield Estate, dating from the 18th century or earlier. It has one storey and an attic, featuring three windows and one dormer. The building is constructed of stone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins, topped with a hipped tiled roof. The windows are casement style.
