Description

12 Park Way is a house dating from the 17th century or earlier, featuring an L-shaped design. The north wing is timber-framed with infilling of stone rubble and has a tile-hung gable. The west wing is an 18th-century addition constructed from stone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins. The entire building has a tiled roof and is two storeys high, with three casement windows. A modern institute is attached to the south of the house.
