Description

The Old Well House is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It is an L-shaped timber-framed building with stone rubble infilling on a stone base, and it has been partly refaced with stone. The gable projects at the angle of the L, and the roof is tiled. The house features casement windows, including one blocked window on the east front that has wooden mullions. There is a mounting-block at the southwest corner of the building. The structure has two storeys and contains three windows.
