Description
Stag Lodges at Dale Park are two small lodges located on either side of the drive, likely built around 1785 when the original house was constructed. They are single-storey buildings with three windows each, faced with Roman cement and topped with hipped slate roofs. The doorways are flanked by pilasters, and the parapet above these doorways is raised higher than the rest of the lodges, featuring figures of a seated stag. Each doorway has a pediment-shaped hood and a tympanum that contains a bull's-eye fanlight. The lodges also have modern pivot windows.
