Description
Perching Manor Farmhouse is an L-shaped house from the 18th century, standing two storeys high with an attic. It features five windows and three gabled dormers. The exterior is faced with squared knapped flints, accented by red brick dressings, quoins, a stringcourse, a modillion eaves cornice, and panels between the ground and first-floor windows. The roof is tiled. The windows have segmental heads and pointed Gothic glazing, while the dormer windows are casements that also exhibit Gothic styling with depressed heads and pointed panes. The main doorway is adorned with pilasters, a projecting cornice, a fanlight featuring Gothic glazing, and a door with six fielded panels. There is an L-wing extending to the southwest, and the interior includes panelling.
