Description

Fair Oak is a house located on Rogate Habin Road. The northern half of the building dates back to the 18th century but was refaced in the early 19th century when the southern half was added. The overall appearance is irregular, with a stuccoed finish, a moulded cornice, and a parapet. The windows are set within moulded architrave surrounds, with the glazing bars remaining intact only in the northern half. The house features a wide porch supported by coupled square columns. The northern half has three storeys and three windows, while the southern half has two storeys with three windows facing west and four windows facing south.
