Rose Cottage and Tinkers is a 17th-century timber-framed building, located on The Street in Graffham. The original timber frame is visible, with red brick infilling at the north end. The majority of the exterior has been refaced with carstone rubble and flints. The roof is hipped and tiled. Casement windows are present. Rose Cottage has a modern porch. The building is two storeys high and features three windows.
