Description

This is a farmhouse, likely dating from the 18th century or earlier. It has an L-shaped layout and two storeys, originally featuring two windows. The ground floor is constructed from Wealden sandstone rubble with brick dressings and quoins, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The roof is tiled. The windows are casement windows with small square panes of glass. A gabled porch is present.
