Description
These are two cottages forming the south end of a terrace of three buildings, dating to the late 18th century. The exterior is built of rubble limestone with sandstone dressings, topped with a plain tile roof featuring brick ridge and gable end stacks. The west-facing elevation, looking from right to left, features a doorway with a stone lintel and plank door. To the left of this is a two-light mullion window, followed by a single-light window with a stone surround. Further left is another two-light mullion window, a doorway with a stone lintel and a 20th-century half-glazed door, and a single-light window with a stone surround. Above are four similar windows. The attic has two small square windows with flush stone surrounds.
