Description

This is a hump-backed bridge located approximately 150 yards south of The Mill in Elsdon, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a single segmental arch with an arch band. A broad band marks the base of the parapet, which has ridged coping. The bridge is supported by square end piers that have pyramidal caps.
