Description
This boundary stone, dating from the early 19th century, is located approximately 1300 meters south of Highcliff Farmhouse. It is made of rough dressed sandstone and has a recumbent position. The stone measures about 1 meter tall and 30 centimeters square, with the inscription: "T. H.R. G.A. 7". It is situated to the southwest of a track, marking the boundary between the civil parishes of Guisborough and Great Ayton, as well as the counties of Cleveland and North Yorkshire.
