Description
Plum Tree Farmhouse is a farmhouse and cottage that have been combined into one building, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared stone and features pantiled roofs, stone copings, and brick chimneys. The farmhouse section is two storeys high with two windows. On the left side, there are tripartite sash windows with glazing bars, while the right side has 12-pane sashes. A later 19th-century door is present. The cottage section is 1½ storeys tall with one bay. The upper window has been blocked, and a new dormer has been added. There is a plain boarded door and a small right extension that serves as a cartshed, which has two boarded double doors.
