Description

Chapel Garth is a house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, which has been altered. It is constructed of local stone with a pantiled roof, featuring stone coping at the left end and a hipped extension on the right. The house has later brick chimneys and is 1½ storeys high, with two wide bays and an extension. The ground floor has Edwardian small-paned casements and bows, including one on the rear elevation. The upper windows are wide modern casements that break the eaves.
