Description
Spout House is a small cottage from the early 19th century, built with local stone and featuring a pantiled roof with a chimney at the right end. The cottage is one storey high and has two sash windows with glazing bars on either side of a central Dutch door, which is top-glazed. To the right, there is a small outhouse extension that has a boarded door. The building also displays a Yorkshire fire insurance sign dated 1824.
