Description
This boundary stone, dating from the mid-19th century, is located approximately 1225 meters south of Highcliff Farmhouse. It is made of dressed sandstone and stands about 1 meter high, with dimensions of 30 cm by 25 cm. The southeast face of the stone is inscribed with "T.C." while the northwest face features a bench mark dated "G. 1860." This stone marks the boundary between Guisborough and the former Hutton Lowcross Civil Parishes.
