Description
This boundary stone, located approximately 1600 meters south of Home Farmhouse in Hutton Lowcross, dates from the mid-18th century. It is made of roughly dressed limestone and measures about 1 meter long and 30 centimeters square. The stone is recumbent and features the inscription "R.Y. 1752." It marks the boundary between the former civil parishes of Hutton Lowcross and Newton.
