Description

These are two early 18th-century gate piers situated in front of Scarness Dower House. They are constructed of rusticated ashlar stone and are square in plan, each supporting a cornice and a pyramidal cap. The piers are listed as part of the group value context with Scarness Dower House. The adjoining garden wall is not of architectural interest.
