Description
Hall Garth Farmhouse is a late 17th-century farmhouse with alterations from the 18th century. The farmhouse has roughcast walls painted in graduated greens, and a roof covered with greenslate. It is two storeys high with three bays. A 20th-century open porch shelters a 20th-century front door. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, with the window on the left-hand ground floor having 20 panes. One principal room features a beamed ceiling and a carved two-door 17th-century spice cupboard bearing the initials FBM. A rear wing has been altered and is of minimal interest.
