CHRISTOW CHRISTOW SX 88 NW 2/90 Thomas Hamlyn chest tomb about 6 metres south west of Church of GV St James The Apostle II Chest tomb. Mid C19. Portland stone. Rectangular chest with a plinth, panelled sides and ends and an oversailing lid. Inscription commemorates Thomas Hamlyn, died 1847.
