Description

This building is a linhay, likely constructed in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features granite rubble walls and a corrugated iron roof, which is hipped at one end and gabled at the other. The structure has an L-shaped plan, with an open-fronted inner face that faces the farmyard. The hay tallet has been removed, and the roof is now supported by 20th-century timber posts. The southeast end has a stone rubble front, and the roof was replaced in the 20th century. This linhay is part of a group that includes Langstone Farmhouse and its associated farm buildings.
