This listing describes a pair of headstones located approximately 15 meters west of the north aisle of the Church of St. Andrew in South Tawton. One headstone is dated 1702, and the other is from 1772, both commemorating members of the Oades family.

It has large upper and lower case lettering that records the deaths of Thomas and Elizabeth Oades in 1701 and 1702.
