Description

The Andrew headstone, dated 1754, is located approximately 12 metres north-east of the church in Sheepstor. It is made of slate and features a pronounced nowy head. The headstone is adorned with a carved skeleton holding a spear and an hourglass, with two skulls positioned below. A rhyming epitaph suggests that John Andrew was blind.
