Description

The Thrupp is an early 19th-century house of ashlar construction, standing three storeys high with a four-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The main entrance is through a door topped with a fanlight, sheltered by an elegant stone portico supported by two Tuscan columns and an entablature. A crowning cornice and blocking course top the building. A stable yard is located to the northwest. A two-range extension to the north includes double-hung sash windows with glazing bars.
