Description

Marlyn House is an early 19th-century building of ashlar construction. It is two storeys high and has a Mansard roof. The front facade features three ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. A wrought iron verandah runs along the ground floor. The building was formerly known as Thrupp Cottage.
