Description
The Broadstock Monument is a short chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 14 meters south-south-east of the south-west corner of the nave of the Church of Holy Trinity. It commemorates James Broadstock, who died in 1840. The tomb is made of stone and features a flat lid with a moulded edge. The sides and ends are raised in an oval shape with a plain edge and a moulded base. The inscription on the tomb displays good lettering, some of which is in italic.
