Description

Lake's Garage is a building from the late 18th century to early 19th century, with later alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a Cotswold stone roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with two windows and additional structures on the left and right sides. A prominent feature is the two-storey canted bay. There is a single-storey bay on the left, and garage doors are located on both sides, with the right-hand door topped by an early 20th-century timbered gable. The building also has two gabled dormers and includes a very early electric petrol pump from around 1930. It is noted for its group value within the area.
