Former labourer's cottage, then butcher's shop, now house. C17, C18 and C20. Asymmetrical 'U'-shaped plan. Rectangular C17 range with C18 extension at right angles at left gable end. C19 former butcher's shop extends forwards right. C17 range; 1½ storeys with C20 lean-to extension lit by 3-light stone-mullioned casement at front. C20 plank door right. Upper floor lit by Cotswold roof dormer (rebuilt C20) lit by steel casements within 2- light, stone-mullioned surround. C18 extension left; 2½ storeys, single bay facing former butcher's shop lit by 12-pane sashes with plain architraves and triple keystones. Single storey former butcher's shop projecting forwards right of front door to C17 range. Two-light steel casement in left-hand wall. Axial stack to early core. Gable end stack to C18 extension and former butcher's shop. All stacks with moulded cappings. Flat gable end coping with roll-cross saddles. Interior not inspected.
