Description

The Walker Monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 2 meters south of the Church of St. John. It dates from the early 17th century and is made of limestone. The tomb is long and narrow, featuring plain ends and sides. An inscription in sans-serif lettering is present on the south side. The top of the tomb is very thick with a slightly convex chamfer, and it has a chamfered base. The monument is inscribed to Richard Walker, although the date is illegible.
