Description
Warnford Cottage, also known as The Limes, is an early 19th-century house with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of golden ashlar Cotswold stone, with raised verges to the stone roofs and ashlar ridge stacks featuring square linked shafts. The main part of the house has four windows, with two windows in an oddly angled projection to the left, which is part of The Limes. The windows are glazing bar sashes. A central arched doorway has a fanlight above it. To the right is a lower, three-storey extension with a slate roof and leaded casements. The Limes extension has sashes with vertical divisions, and a two-storey angled bay window to the right, also with glazing bars.
