Description

Perry's Cottage and Miller's Cottage is a pair of cottages built in 1723, as indicated on the right side of the building. Constructed from coursed squared rubble, the cottages feature a tiled roof and stand two storeys high with an attic. The front has three windows, consisting of three-light stone mullioned casements, with a two-light casement in the center. There are drip moulds above the ground floor windows and two doors that have chamfered stone surrounds. The roof is steeply pitched and includes two gabled dormers. The date inscription 'M.T.M. 1723' is also present.
