Entrance arch to Lansdown Terrace Lane and attached wall and railings. c1834, probably by RW and C Jearrad who built Lansdown Terrace. Ashlar and brick with iron railings. Tall and wide archway with impost mould, keystone and label cornice and parapet. The south-west wall of No.1 Lansdown Terrace echoes the extension to the side of No.7 Lansdown Terrace; slightly set back and lower than the archway, blind windows, band course, cornice and parapet. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: arrowhead railings with urn finials approx 3m long and L-shaped on plan. Arch and railings abut No.1 Lansdown Terrace, Malvern Road (qv).
