Description

The base of a cross, dating from the late medieval period, is located immediately to the south of the Church of St James the Less in Huish. It is made of granite and has an octagonal shape. The base features a chamfered plinth and two steps that overhang at the top, showcasing coved soffits. At the top, there is a chamfered base for the cross, which includes cushion stops. The original cross has been replaced by a short 20th-century cross.
