Description

Old Badlake House is an 18th century or earlier cob house located on Badlake Hill in Dawlish. The building has two storeys and attics, with a roughcast exterior and a thatched roof. It features two pointed gabled dormers, two sash windows, and one casement window. The entrance has a doorcase with pilasters, panelled reveals, and a six-panelled door. Some cobblestones can still be seen against the house.
