Description

This is an early 19th-century building on the south side of High Street. It is a two-storey structure with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate, topped by a rendered stack. The front of the building is timber-framed and plastered, with an eaves cornice. The windows are recessed sash windows with glazing bars. A notable feature is the shopfront, which includes pilasters supporting a boxed-out entablature. The shop window has cast iron mullions, and the shop doorway is half-glazed with large panes of glass.
