Description
The Parkin headstone, located approximately 10 metres south of the southeast corner of the nave of the Church of St James, is a Grade II listed headstone dating from 1769. It features a stone structure with a nowy-arched top and decorated borders surrounding the inscription dedicated to Nicholas Parkin, who died in 1769. A verse is inscribed at the base of the headstone.
